* Gifts to American Bach Soloists are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Certain benefits have a fair market value that must be deducted from your gift to determine the tax-deductible portion of the contribution. You may elect to decline all the benefits in your giving category, and receive a tax-deduction of the full value of your gift.
As an ABS donor, you play a crucial role in bringing these wonderful programs to the widest possible audience. Your gift will further enable our educational and outreach programs including the American Bach Soloists Academy, public Master Classes, and free tickets for K-12 educators.
American Bach Soloists strive to retain reasonable ticket prices even though sales cover only about 40% of the cost of presenting these outstanding concerts. ABS is proud to receive significant foundation and government support, but the bulk of our contributed income comes from generous donations from individuals like you.
Many of our donors prefer to transfer stock to ABS in lieu of giving cash, and we welcome this with open arms. If you would like to support ABS in this way, please use the information below when making arrangements with your broker:

We cherish the opportunity to acknowledge our donors in all instances, but stock transfers often go unidentified because brokerage firms do not share the donor’s identity with each other. In other words, ABS receives the stock gift without knowing from whom it came! If you have previously given stock that may have gone unacknowledged, or if you are planning to transfer stock to ABS, please call the ABS office at (415) 621-7900.
