ADAM LaMOTTE (viola) has appeared with the Oregon Symphony, Oregon Ballet Theater, Portland Baroque Orchestra, Trinity Consort, B.O.M.B. Baroque Ensemble (Seattle), American Baroque (San Francisco), Los Peregrinos, San Francisco Bach Choir, Spokane Symphony, and the Portland Opera. He is a founding member of the critically acclaimed chamber ensemble Magnolia, and performs on both period and modern instruments. He attended the Manhattan School of Music and the Aaron Copland School of Music in New York, and had the opportunity to study with Daniel Phillips, Jorg Schwartz, Kenneth Goldsmith, and Ani Kavafian.
